Carrie has been a physical therapist in Northern Arizona since 2001. She specializes in the treatment of chronic pain through a combination of gentle manual therapy and exercise and lifestyle coaching. Her training includes the Perrin Technique for neurolymphatic drainage, the John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, HeartMath Heart Rate Variability training, Visceral and Neural Manipulation through the Barral Institute, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent. Her current interests include the Polyvagal Theory and the neurobiological associations between trauma and chronic pain. She is currently in her third year of the Interdisciplinary Health PhD program at Northern Arizona University, with a psychosocial emphasis.

Matthew has been caring for patients for more than twenty years, and combines his wealth of patient-care experiences with his kind temperament to foster a trustworthy, continuous care relationship. He draws from years of nursing service in the Intensive Care Unit at one of Arizona’s top Academic Hospitals, University Medical Center.

Matthew was a flight nurse providing emergency response and trauma care across Southern Arizona. He started his career as a National Park Law Enforcement Ranger, protecting many of Americas more cherished lands.

Happily married and the proud father of two, Matthew and his wife fell in love with Flagstaff decades ago, are delighted to now call it home, and continue to contribute to the Northern Arizona community.

She is passionate about the health and wellness of her patients and views IV hydration therapy as a means to improve overall wellbeing. Heather has personally and professionally seen the benefits of IV hydration therapy and is excited to offer this service to our community. She provides services at her office location, as well as patient’s homes.
